BeeBrilliance is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Weather conditions
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Due to the nature of beekeeping equipment, returns are only accepted if:
The product arrived damaged, or
The incorrect product was delivered
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, including photos of the issue.
BeeBrilliance does not accept returns for:
Used items
Incorrect ordering by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
BeeBrilliance frames are made from durable, food-grade plastic.
However, we do not provide warranties for:
Misuse
Improper installation
Modifications to the product
BeeBrilliance is not liable for:
Loss of honey production
Hive damage
Any indirect or consequential damages
Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.
